Return Window

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of Returns

Pieces must be returned unworn, clean and in perfect condition, with the original tag still attached, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Pieces made to order in another size or with a custom detail are created especially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund or Exchange

You can choose a refund or an exchange for another size, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as FENNA cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Return a Piece

Contact us on WhatsApp or through our contact form within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Once we receive and check your piece, we send your exchange or process your refund.

Remboursements

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
