Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your FENNA pieces. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
• Pieces that have been altered, made to measure or personalised cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, pieces showing signs of wear, perfume or makeup cannot be accepted.

How to return or exchange

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you want to return or exchange.
2. We confirm your request and send you the return instructions.
3. Send the piece back carefully packaged. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the piece is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned piece, we refund you within 14 days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Orders paid cash on delivery are refunded by bank transfer. Original delivery costs are not refunded, except when the piece is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

You can exchange a piece for another size or colour, subject to availability. If the new piece has a different price, we refund the difference or ask you to pay it.

Faulty or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
