Discover the elegance of Marrakech. Shop FENNA

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order placed on fennaofficial.com, the online shop of FENNA, a fashion house based in Marrakech, Morocco. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Our pieces

We take great care to present our pieces accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and because many details are finished by hand, small variations between pieces are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Prices

All prices are shown in Moroccan dirham (MAD). Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If you pay in another currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees are set by your bank or payment provider.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive our order confirmation. We may contact you by phone or message to confirm your delivery details. We may cancel an order in the case of an obvious pricing error, if a piece is no longer available, or if an order appears fraudulent. Any amount already paid is then refunded in full.

Payment

For deliveries in Morocco, you can pay cash on delivery. Orders shipped abroad are paid online using the payment methods offered at checkout, and online payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery areas, prices and times are described on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Orders shipped outside Morocco may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Returns and refunds

You may return or exchange pieces under the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, photographs, texts and the FENNA name and logo, belongs to FENNA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures or natural events. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, including Law 31-08 on consumer protection. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first. Failing that, the competent courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights consumers have in their country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
