How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days anywhere in Morocco. International delivery times depend on the destination.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Marrakech. The delivery price for your country is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered in Morocco. International orders are paid online.
How do I choose my size?
Our size guide lists body measurements for every size. Between two sizes, choose the larger size for flowing caftans and the smaller for tailored pieces. You can also contact us for personal advice.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn and still has its tags.
How should I care for my caftan?
Each product page lists care instructions. Most embellished pieces should be dry cleaned and steamed on low heat.
